PRE-POO
Ideally, do a pre-poo to prevent curly hair from becoming drier, considering the fact that applying a dye will cause the hair to lose moisture and nourishment.
WHAT IS IT?
Pre-poo is nothing more than applying a cream or hair oil into the hair before entering the shower to do the washing.
This technique protects against extreme drying ; other techniques to be used are humectation and nutrition to strengthen the hair after bleaching.

Nourishment can be done with an olive oil-based mask, while there are several specific products on the market to perform humectation, both during the day and during the night, in the resting phase.

NUTRITION: HOW TO DO IT?
There are no particular secrets: the mask is a product to be used immediately after shampooing and should normally be applied to the entire length of the strands. The setting time is always indicated on the package and usually ranges from three minutes to ten minutes.
RECONSTRUCTION MASK: DOES IT HELP?
It is normal that after a chemical action such as bleaching, you lose some curl definition, because this action chemical takes away some of the hair mass. It is therefore useful to incorporate a specific reconstruction mask into the capillary chronogram, following the directions for use.
THREE TIPS
1) Use a finishing cream with a thicker texture at the time of finishing. This will help maintain good hydration and a better day after
2) Use a heat protector when using a hair dryer, because the heat will toughen the hair.
3) When finalizing help the formation of the curl by gently squeezing the strands in the prick and make a bottom-up motion to encourage the formation of the curl.
