Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree. 206/2005, the customer, if a consumer, may withdraw from the sales contract, without having to specify the reason and without penalty, within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the purchased Products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send, within this period, an email to Customer Service

(i) the order number;
(ii) the invoice number, where requested at the time of ordering;
(iii) the Products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal;
(iv) any bank details for the refund which will be carried out using the same payment system/channel as the order

The customer must wait for a communication from TricoAfro/Brazilian Curly authorizing the return of the Products. Within 14 working days of receiving such communication, the customer must send, at his/her own expense, the Products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised to the address communicated by Brazilian Curly. Within 10 working days of receiving the goods, Brazilian Curly will refund the Products subject to withdrawal, excluding shipping costs. The shipping and means used for the return will be at the customer’s expense. The customer cannot be compensated in the event that the Products are lost or damaged. Brazilian Curly reserves the right to not accept the return of damaged, deteriorated or tampered Products, returning them to the customer with additional transport costs.
Damaged, non-compliant products or delivery errors
Upon receipt of the Products, the customer is required to verify that they correspond to those indicated in the purchase order and that the packaging is intact and undamaged.
In the event of errors in the delivery of the Products, of damaged packaging and of obviously damaged parcels or packages, the customer is required not to collect the Products, immediately contesting the reasons to the carrier, as well as to the Customer Service (by telephone +39 3921797446 / +39 3407238912) or by email

Brazilian Curly will proceed to verify what has been communicated by the customer and subsequently contact the latter in order to agree on the methods and terms for the replacement of the Products or the refund of the price.
