The hazelnut vegetable oil, golden yellow in colour, is extracted by cold pressing the seeds of the plant. Hazelnuts are the edible seeds of Corylus avellana, a small tree or large shrub belonging to the Betulaceae family. Native to Europe, Western Asia and North Africa, it is a distinctive gastronomic element, much sought after in pastry making, where it is commonly associated with recipes using chocolate.
It has a delicious and characteristic aroma, being considered an aphrodisiac because it contains l-arginine, a libido stimulant.
The composition of this oil is rich in vitamins A, C, E, B6, B9, omega 9 and 6. It is a powerful skin tonic, capable of strengthening fragile capillaries and increasing the penetration of active ingredients through the skin.
It can provide silkiness and good texture to hair, especially curly and curly hair, as well as establishing good synergy with floral essential oils and spices.
